Manage or cancel Premium
On iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, choose Subscriptions, select StrideDex, and use the available management options. Canceling stops future renewals while access generally remains available through the end of the paid period.
Restore a purchase
Make sure you are signed in with the Apple account used to purchase Premium, then use the Restore Purchases option inside StrideDex. If access still does not update, contact support.
Request a refund
Apple handles billing and refund decisions for App Store purchases. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to submit a request.
Account and data
Update your information
Use the profile and settings controls inside StrideDex to update supported account, goal, nutrition, and workout details.
Delete your account
Use the account-deletion control available in StrideDex. If you cannot access the app, email support@stridedex.app from the address associated with the account and request deletion. We may verify ownership before processing the request.
Deleting an account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel the subscription separately through Apple settings.
Food logging and scans
Photo-based nutrition results are estimates. Review the food, serving size, calories, macros, and other details before saving. Packaged and restaurant information can also change, so compare important information against the current product label or restaurant disclosure.
Workout safety
StrideDex offers general fitness guidance, not medical care. Choose exercises appropriate for your abilities and equipment. Stop if you experience pain or concerning symptoms and consult a qualified professional when needed.
Privacy and legal
